WBSEDCL 205 EV Charging / Battery Swapping Station Tender Complete Details

West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL) has invited bids for installing 205 EV charging stations and battery swapping stations to increase e-mobility in the region. 

The last date for submitting the online bid is November 18, 2022, till 12:00 pm. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 pm.

The bidders must have experience in the same kind of work with installing electric vehicle charging stations and battery swapping stations. The projects must comprise transmission line construction, switchyard/substation bay, design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning, operation, and maintenance.

The successful bidder shall be entirely responsible for payment of all taxes, levies, duties, license fees, insurance, etc., incurred until delivery of the contracted goods to the site. In respect of carrying out works, the successful bidder shall pay all types of fees, levies, taxes, duties, insurance, etc. required to be paid by any National or State statute, ordinance, or other law or any regulation or bye-law of any local or other duly constituted authority about the execution of works and by the Rules and Regulations of all Public bodies and companies whose property or rights are affected or may be affected in any way of the works.

The minimum average annual financial turnover of the bidder should be not less than one crore in any three years of the last five financial years from consulting. The net worth of the bidder during the last financial year should be positive.
