Gujarat’s EV Charger Installer Mindra EV Inks MoU with IRM Energy for EV Charging Stations

As part of a significant move toward green transportation, IRM Energy, a Gujarat-based integrated natural gas distribution firm, and Mindra EV, another Gujarat-based EV charger installer, have partnered to install fast DC EV charging points throughout their CNG retail outlets in Gujarat.

The decision will hasten the state’s adoption of EVs. IRM Energy’s CNG retail outlets will receive a complete EV charging solution from Mindra. This will involve setting up, maintaining, and upgrading the chargers as needed. Through Mindra’s ChareMi smartphone application, EV users will have access to 24-hour vehicle charging, monitoring, and e-payments capabilities. The partnership is a significant milestone in Gujarat’s adoption of E-mobility and the reduction of carbon emissions.

The availability of these chargers at IRM Energy’s CNG retail outlets will make it simple for end users to access chargers, promoting the adoption of electric vehicles.
