PM-KUSUM: Insolation Secures Order From JVVNL By Chitrika Grover/ Updated On Mon, Jun 30th, 2025 PM-KUSUM: Insolation Secures Order From JVVNL Insolation Green Energy Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Insolation Energy, has received a letter of intent (LOI) to develop grid-connected solar power projects totalling 109.79 megawatts (MW) across Rajasthan, the company said in a regulatory filing on Monday. The projects, tendered under TN-10 of the PM-KUSUM Component A scheme, will be implemented for 58 sites on behalf of Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd (JVVNL). The company said the projects were secured at varying tariffs — ₹2.55 per unit for 51 sites, ₹3.037 per unit for six sites, and ₹3.04 per unit for one site. The scope of work includes design, survey, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and 25 years of operation and maintenance from the commercial operation date (COD). The projects will be executed under the Renewable Energy Service Company (RESCO) model and will be connected to various 33/11 kV substations via 11 kV transmission lines. Remote monitoring systems will also be installed for real-time performance tracking. Insolation Green said it expects to complete the project by the end of the first quarter of the 2026–27 financial year. The total estimated investment, including goods and services tax (GST), is approximately ₹380 crore. Further details of the project breakdown were not disclosed in the filing.
