BikeWo, an electric two-wheeler brand with headquarters in Telangana, recently announced the appointment of Vivek Reddy as Co-Founder & CEO. Vivek has a wealth of experience in the infrastructure, energy, and environmental sectors. He has participated in the negotiation of several strategic agreements for large-scale renewable and non-renewable projects, both domestically in India and abroad in the US, China, and Vietnam.

Vivek received his undergraduate degree from IIT Chennai and possesses an EMBA and a PGDAEM from Manage Hyderabad. He has held executive positions in several businesses, such as Waaree Energies, Euroteck Environmental Pvt Ltd, Cyient Ltd, and Energo Engineering Projects Ltd. In addition, he has acted as an advisor, mentor, and investor for several startups in the fields of financial technology, health technology, fashion and retail, logistics, and e-commerce.

Vivek is in line with BikeWo’s goal of dominating the multi-brand retail EV industry in India as well as other international markets, the firm shares. He contributes his knowledge in micro factories, technology, data analytics, mergers and acquisitions, and company scaling.

Through a network of shops, 50+ dealer outlets, service centres, and charging stations, BikeWo boasts of multi-brand EV showrooms that provide a 360-degree solution for all EV needs based on potential clients in India. Customers who are technologically adept can utilise applications and the internet to conveniently reach the closest outlet in their area as per the firm. 

A few months ago, BikeWo shared its ambitious goal of setting up 140 stores across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The firm has also set its sights on expanding its reach to five or six more states in India. It is lookin at having over 2000 dealerships all over India in more than 20 states by year 2026.
