Anita Dongre, Founder of House of Anita Dongre (HOAD) and fashion designer, attended the event as a guest of honor. The House of Anita Dongre family office has previously invested in Altigreen to support its mission of providing effective, accessible, and cheap carbon-free transportation.

Altigreen asserts that it keeps all of its products locally produced and has been actively funding its R&D. With the opening of this retail dealership, Altigreen is concentrating on giving its customers a better-than-ever experience with cutting-edge technology.

Dr. Amitabh Saran, Founder, and CEO, of Altigreen, said, “The rising levels of air pollution in smaller cities beyond the major Indian metropolises has accelerated the need to adopt a futuristic approach to effectively combat the rising menace. India is amongst the top greenhouse gas emitters in the world, price-sensitive, and prone to sluggish technology shifts. Rising fuel costs in India are a good reason to re-evaluate the policy framework to accelerate adoption in the commercial segment. Players like us need to provide the city with efficient and sustainable modes of transport solutions. With our EV range, we aim to provide best-in-class products for both goods and people movement with zero carbon emissions”.

With a single charge, the company’s commercial electric 3W product neEV recently completed a 150+ km intercity journey between two famous sites in Karnataka, namely Mysore Palace and Bangalore Palace, in around six hours. Additionally, the business recently disclosed cooperation to introduce the fastest-charging 3-wheeler while also providing more than 100 chargers in Bengaluru.

Its focus on electric three-wheelers makes Altigreen stand out for its strategy of focusing on serving the B2B segments with its offerings, the firm claims. It is a strategy that has been vindicated so far by the faster growth, and commitments shown in the category by various logistics and other firms.
