Job Description

Responsibilities:-

  • He / she is accountable for the management of the PMO technical and functional landscape, including technical and functional integration, full end to end process coverage in a multi-country solution.
  • Provide PMO managers and other PCP managers with analytics and decision-support tools.
  • He / she will be responsible to drive the optimization of processes, design, collaborate across teams, align with corporate mandates and objectives, and deliver throughout the entire project lifecycles, from analysis to Design, Development, Testing, and Implementation.
  • He / she will collaborate with and support PCP BP&IS teams on PMO related IS activities to ensure conformance to ABB and PCP IS standards and roadmap.
  • He / she will also provide PMO support of ABB Global TLT activities (e.g., LPD SharePoint, ABB Global Process Team, ABB Gate Model), as required.
  • Gathering, analyzing and documenting requirements from different levels of stakeholders
  • Support the development, testing, implementation / management/ maintenance/ optimization / automation of internal and cross-functional processes related to the PMO domain (Program Governance, Continuous Improvement and QMS).
  • Build and configure new interfaces. Support deployments (scoping, design, localization, testing, Go Live, transition to Operation team).
  • Reviewing and identifying issues and opportunities in business processes
  • Analyzing and generating reports in support of PMO activities (e.g., monthly Project Portfolio and Cost reports)
  • Improve and simplify PMO process standards and support PCP QMS platform and tools (e.g., OnePoint, Jira)
  • Support PMO document Management and template generation activities
  • Coordinate related activities, schedule and lead meetings as needed including communication of minutes and action items
  • Understands PMO and PCP related business processes in detail and applies this knowledge to shape and align IS solution/services building and delivery activities.
  • Assists in the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to PMO activities
  • Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in relevant area of responsibility, contributing technical and business process/data expertise to either support ongoing operations or develop new software.
  • Provides guidance or support to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice without carrying line responsibility.
  • Bring positive energy into the company and forming lasting professional relationships with team, conduct research.

Qualification And Experience:-

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering or another technical field
  • 3+ professional experience in Data Analysis with basic knowledge of project management and agile processes and practices.
  • Experience supporting, global, multi-location, cross-functional teams
  • Experience in working on projects, enhancements, changes involving testing, problem identification & resolution, data migration.
  • Practical experience in requirements analysis, management and change management
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build good relationships and find consensus when needed
  • Self-motivated, proactive, highly accountable, well organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build credibility, establish rapport and influence business partners at multiple levels and across multiple international locations
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks / projects simultaneously
  • Advanced / expert knowledge of Power BI and SharePoint development
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office 365
  • Proficient in development languages (e.g., Python, SQL, and JavaScript)
  • Proficient with MS PowerApps
  • Self-starter with the ability to take direction and work on his or her own initiative, plan well and follow through to project completion
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills – able to communicate at various levels of an organization and in different localizations
  • Thrives in a fast-paced culture of change and innovation
