HOP Electric Mobility Sets Foot in Mumbai 

India’s leading electric two-wheeler manufacturer, HOP Electric has recently started shipping its HOP OXO high-speed e-bikes. With positive feedback from discerning customers and dealer partners, HOP Electric began distributing its much-anticipated electric motorcycle in Jaipur from its initial batch of 2,500 units. In just two months after its premiere, the electric motorcycle attracted more than 10,000 reservations and 50,000+ inquiries.

The company notified that the introduction of new testing and standards as well as amendments to the FAME II scheme’s criteria had caused a minor delay in the first batch of vehicles’ deliveries. Customers are assured by HOP Electric that production will be promptly scaled up to meet demand.

Earlier this year, HOP OXO received certification from the Ministry of Heavy Industries’ primary automotive R&D organisation, the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI), after passing all feasible tests, including AIS 156 for batteries. The ARAI Certification attests to HOP Electric Mobility’s focus on the dependability, effectiveness, quality, and safety of its cars.
