- Expansion of solar EPC, BoS and I&C business vertical Maharashtra, Gujrat, and North India by exploring and converting leads
- Data assessment and trend prediction analysis based on historical data
- Improvement in overall business processing to ensure the transparency between customer and organization.
- Ability to negotiate and persuade with customers to meet the business requirements.
- Manage a team of Dealers who has been assisting in solar projects so far
- Lia’s between sales, maintenance and management to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Draw guidelines & SOP to smoothen customer relationship and draw up client contracts
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Negotiation on quotations by understanding the market price of the segment
- Closing on a particular lead within stipulated service level agreement (SLA), to ensure timely procurement of products
- Keeping a track of customers, and guiding them through step-by-step process of installation, and take due consent from the customer
- Maintaining a Detailed Project Report (DPR) of each and every project, right from quotation confirmation to structure design to commissioning of the project
- Following the set standard procedures (modification whenever required) for to reduce the lead time.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Examines risks and potentials for the leads and other business opportunities.
- Make physical visits to explore new leads and meet customers to understand the new dynamics of the segment.
Required Qualification:-
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business, science, marketing or related field.
- Experience in business development, sales and marketing.
- Good experience in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Travel:-
- Candidates will be required to travel with in Maharashtra, Gujrat, and North India to meet potential customers and also to explore new business verticals.
