A tender for 409 EV chargers has been released by Rajasthan Electronics and Instruments (REIL).

These electric vehicle charging stations will be installed in nine cities and across three national highways and one expressway. This tender includes survey, planning, supply, installation, commissioning, and 3 years of comprehensive onsite Warranty maintenance, trial run, training of these charging stations.

The last date to submit bid this Rajasthan Electronics and Instruments tender is July 13, 2022, till 04:30 PM. The estimated cost of this 409 EV chargers project is ₹5200 lakhs.

The interested bidder will have to submit the earnest money deposit of ₹125 Lakhs for 122 KW EV chargers and ₹600,000 for CCS-2 EV chargers. They must also provide a security deposit equal to 3% of the contract's total value.
The bid will be submitted in the Two Bid System
PART -1 TECHNICAL BID
- Technical Bid along with tender documents (duly signed on each page) to be uploaded to the e-tender portal. Technical Bid to be opened by the REIL committee.
- Bidders have to submit their bids along with supporting documents to support their eligibility, as required in this tender on the Government e-procurement portal.
- No manual submission of bids is allowed and manual bids shall not be accepted under any circumstances.
- A document fee of Rs. 5,000/- to be submitted online only in the account of REIL.
PART-2, PRICE BID
- Price Bid i.e. Item rate BOQ given with tender is to be uploaded strictly as per the format available with the tender failing which the offer is liable for rejection. (renaming or changing the format of the BOQ sheet will not be accepted by the system).
- Invitation & Opening of Financial Bids: Bids of the qualified bidders shall only be considered for an invitation, opening, and evaluation of the financial bid.
For 122 KW EV chargers
The last three financial years' average yearly turnover for bidders must be ₹1500 lakh rupees.
For 100 KW CCS-2 EV chargers
The last three financial years' average yearly turnover for bidders must be ₹70 lakh rupees.
For both categories, the bidders' net worth during the most recent financial year should have been positive.
