TCIL Issues Tender for 26 MW Solar Projects at Oman Airports

Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd. (TCIL) has floated a tender for rooftop solar power systems of different capacities connected to LT & HT Panel (Grid Connected) in the various states across India. 

This TCIL solar tender includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of rooftop solar power plants. All the equipment/solutions supplied under this EOI must have 5 years on-site comprehensive warranty with spare and labor.

The last date for submitting the bid for this solar power project is August 08, 2022, till 3:00 pm and bids will be opened on August 10, 2022, at 3:00 pm.

Eligibility Criteria for The Bidder

The minimum annual turnover requirement for prospective bidders to participate in the bidding process is at least 1.5 Cr. (Excluding GST) per year for the last three financial years (ending 31st March 2021). The net worth of the bidder should be positive as on 31st March 2021.

The interested bidder must have accomplished a similar project or supplies in the past seven years from the issuance of the EoI.

The bidder must have done two comparable projects with a combined cost of at least 1.5 Cr (exempt from taxes) over the seven years prior.

OR 

The bidder must have done a project of a similar nature that during the previous seven years cost at least 2 Cr (before taxes).

The price bid of the technically qualified bidders will be opened and evaluated. The L1 price shall be arrived at by taking the weighted average of each component item.
