Tata Power Customers in Mumbai to be rewarded for Their Loyalty

The rewards earned by the customers would be redeemable across different merchant brands/categories in the form of exclusive discounts, vouchers, offers or services.

In a first-ever attempt to reward customers for their loyalty in India, Tata Power has launched a unique customer loyalty programme ‘Power Rewards’  for its Mumbai customer base.

Loyalty Programme for the customers is aimed at providing loyalty points to the customers who pay their Tata Power bills either through offline or online payment methods.

The loyalty points can be availed through Tata Power’s mobile application ‘Power Rewards’. Consumers can also earn additional bonus points by making payments through digital or electronic modes.

The process of availing reward points to the customers would be completely automated.

Moreover, the rewards earned by the customers would be redeemable across different merchant brands/categories in the form of exclusive discounts, vouchers, offers or services.

Commenting on the launch, CEO & Managing Director, Tata Power, Praveer Sinha said, “The introduction of the Loyalty Rewards programme will revolutionize customer service and strengthen consumer loyalty. Customers will be able to enroll for the loyalty programme by simply using their mobile number and Consumer Account (CA) Number. Tata Power has collaborated with Transaction Solutions International (TSI) specializing in transaction related solutions and customizing them.
