SJVN Green Energy Floats 5.5 MW Solar Tender for Charanka

SJVN Green Energy Ltd Signs PPA with SECI for 200 MW Wind Project

Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam (SJVN) Green Energy has floated a tender for the supply of a 5.5 MW capacity at Charanka solar power project. 

The last date for submitting the bid for this 5.5 MW tender is November 09, 2022, at 01:00 pm, and bids will be opened on the same day at 01:30 pm.

The scope of work of this SJVNGreen Energy 5.5 MW tender includes design, engineering, site development, manufacture, inspection at supplier’s works, supply, insurance, transport, storage, erection, testing & commissioning. Scope of work also includes operation & maintenance (O&M) of the entire SPP up to the delivery point, free of cost for the warranty period of 12 months from COD (Commercial Operation Declaration) and paid O&M of SPP for 3 years after the warranty period.

The estimated total cost of the tender is Rs. 70800/-. There is no earnest money deposit for the interested bidders. 

The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of the bid quantity at the time of placement of the contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity by up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. Bidders are bound to accept the orders accordingly.

Each bidder should have experience of having executed the “Inspection of PV Modules of at least 1 MW(DC) solar power project anywhere in India with UAV/Drone mounted thermography camera during the last 3 (three) years, as on the last of Submission of bids. Bidder has to submit a copy of the Letter of Award issued by the Employer. In case of contract(s) under execution as on the last date of submission of bids, the value of the work(s) executed as on the last date of Submission of a bid will be considered for evaluation.

The minimum annual turnover for the last three financial years, the requirement for prospective bidders to participate in the bidding process at least shall be calculated as follows:

4.0 Cr. X Capacity in MW bidder is bidding X 0.7 = X Cr. 

The net worth of the bidder during the last Financial Year shall be positive, wherein the net worth shall be calculated as follows:

Recently, SJVN Green Energy published a tender for the balance of system (BoS) For 100 MW of grid-connected solar power projects in Punjab, which includes three years of complete operation and maintenance (O&M). The two 50 MW projects will be deployed in two different parts of the state.
