RUMSL Issues Tender for Development of 750 MW Wind-Solar Hybrid Power Projects
Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Limited (RUMSL) has invited bids for setting up 114 MW ground-mounted solar power projects in Madhya Pradesh. The projects will be set up across three districts of the state.
The initiative, in partnership with Madhya Pradesh Power Generation Company (MPPGCL), looks at the integration of solar power into three thermal power project sites: Sanjay Gandhi Thermal Power Station, Amarkantak Thermal Power Station, Shree Singaji Thermal Power Station which will have solar projects with capacities 31.6 MW, 38.6 MW and 43.8 MW respectively.
The last date for the submission of bids is September 22, 2023. Bid opens on September 22, 2023.
The tender document will cost INR 118000. The bid security is INR 8 lakhs per MW.
Recently, RUMSL issued an RFP for allotment of pumped hydro storage sites in Madhya Pradesh. Earlier, NTPC Renewable Energy Limited, a subsidiary firm of energy conglomerate NTPC, emerged successful in bidding for a 80 MW floating solar project at Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh.
