NTPC Tenders for Remote Monitoring and Operation of 15 MW Solar Plant

NTPC has issued a tender for the job of remote monitoring and operating of 15 MW solar power plant at Jayant, Singrauli from NTPC VSTPP.

NTPC Ltd has issued a tender, inviting bids from eligible firms for undertaking the job of remote monitoring and operating of 15 MW solar power plant at Jayant, Singrauli from NTPC VSTPP.

The scope of work for the selected firms will include:

To make programming in SCADA Software for monitoring of existing MAX DNA system for Remote use by using the OPC server. Communication from Existing SCADA and development of new SCADA Systems with OPC data will also be in bidder scope. To display energy monitoring in the OPC server for existing feeder over Modbus/TCP/IP. All necessary wiring LAN cables etc required will be in the scope of party, NTPC will not provide any material required for completion of this job.

The last date for bid submission is March 14, 2020, and the techno-commercial bids will be opened on March 16, 2020.

In January, NTPC had issued a tender for the biennial operation and maintenance (O&M) contract for the 10 MW solar PV plant at the NTPC-Ramagundam in Telangana for 2020-22. The scope of work for the selected bidders includes the washing of solar modules/ panels twice every day in the morning and evening hours to avoid thermal shocks, rectification of ground fault or other faults in system as early as possible to ensure the plant availability up to 100 percent, to generate all reports as required by EIC after Solar Hours on daily basis, etc.

As per the tender, the contract service period shall be 24 months from the date of start of work. The contract period can be further extended for three months or part thereof on mutual agreement with the same rates, terms and conditions of the contract. The defect liability for the subject work shall be 6 months from the date of completion of work. Any defects observed during this period shall be rectified by you at no extra cost to NTPC.
