MAHAPREIT Issues Tender for 100 MW Distributed Agriculture Feeder Solar Power Plants

The Mahatma Phule Renewable Energy & Infrastructure Technology Limited, Mumbai invites online bids on open tender basis Single Stage Two Envelope (i.e., Envelope-I: Techno-Commercial Bid and Envelope-II: Price Bid) for “Design, Engineering, Supply, Construction, Erection, Testing, Commissioning, and five (05) years comprehensive Operation & Maintenance of total 100 MW (AC) grid connected distributed agriculture feeder solar PV power plant" at various locations in the state of Maharashtra.

The solar modules to be used for this project shall be sourced only from the Model and Manufactures included in the latest “Approved List of Models and Manufactures (ALMM)” issued by MNRE. The projects shall be installed at different locations for 2 MW to 10 MW capacity for the total cumulative Capacity of 100 MW (AC).

The validity is 365 days from the date of issuance of Letter of Award (LoA) to the bidder/contractor. The duration of
comprehensive operation & maintenance (O&M) is for 5 (five) years from the date of completion of Commercial Operation Date (COD)

The tender document fee is INR 10,000.00 (Ten Thousand only) + 18% GST

The EMD is INR 4.5 Lakh/MW on 100 MW(AC) capacity. The total EMD is INR 4.50 Cr (Rupees Four Crore Fifty Lakh only).

The last date and time of submission of bid is September 26, 2023. The date and time of opening of technocommercial bid is September 26, 2023. The date and time of the opening of price bid will be intimated later.
