KPI Green, UAE Company In Agreement For Renewable Energy Solutions KPI Green Energy Joins Hands with Uttarakhand Govt for 500 MW Solar Park

Surat-headquartered KPI Group has partnered with Tristar Transport LLC – UAE based company – for the development of eco-friendly energy solutions for regions like the Africa, Asia Pacific, Middle East, America and Europe. KPI Group that owns KPI Green Energy, and Tristar Transport has inked a joint business development agreement for the purpose.

As per the agreement signed, KPI Group and Tristar Transport will contribute their respective expertise to recognise and operate renewable energy projects. These renewable energy projects would include wind, solar, green hydrogen and green ammonia projects.

Tristar Transport under Tristar Group was formed in 1988 as a roadway transportation business. It has a presence in 29 countries across the regions in the world. It has a fully integrated energy logistics business providing safety and service for its clients nationally and internationally in the downstream oil and gas industry. Its present in Middle East, Africa, Asia, the Pacific, the Americas and Europe.

KPI Green Energy Limited develops, builds, owns, operates and manages solar power plants as an Independent Power Producer (IPP) and as service provider to Captive Power Producer (CPP) under the brand title of ‘Solarism.’

The company says that it aims to commission 1000 MW solar power for its clients by 2025 which will also help India to attain its 2030 targets. Until now, KPI Green Energy has commissioned 230 MW of solar power projects; 100 MW is commissioned under IPP segment and 130MW under CPP. Its cumulative power evacuation capacity stands at 805-MW.

KPI Green Energy recently announced that it accomplished the charging of 26.l0 MW wind-solar hybrid project which entails 16.l0 MW wind and 10 MW CIC solar capacity; the project is established in Bhungar site in Mahuva, Bhavnagar under the firm’s own power generating asset portfolio.

Last January, it commissioned a 25 MW solar power project for Greenlab Diamonds in Surat as part of its captive power producer (CPP) segment.
