The service centre underlines the expanding reach of GoodWe in the Indian market as well as its growing customer base in the country, where GoodWe is focused on ensuring excellent standards of service within the solar industry.

Nestled in the heart of the tech city, Bangalore, the GoodWe Solar Service Centre will play a key role in ensuring customers get the quality of service that ensures minimum downtime for their solar plants in case of challenges.

Advanced inventory control systems, ESD safe conditions, and real-time information feed through in-house developed SFCS ensure smooth operations and traceability.

With a high focus on safety, the centre conducts rigorous tests such as the Hipot test function and Aging test to ensure products meet safety norms and quality standards. Repairing checklists provided by GoodWe Headquarters are strictly followed to guarantee both employee and customer safety.

Technological innovation is at the core of GoodWe's service offerings. Load bench tests, DC load bank tests, and the use of Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) support a variety of functional tests, ensuring the highest quality service.
