CREDA Seeks Bids to Empanel Vendors for l kWp-500kWp Solar Projects

Chhattisgarh State Renewable Energy Development Agency (CREDA) has issued a new tender, inviting online bids to empanel vendors for the development of l kWp to 500kWp rooftop solar projects for residential use in the state.

The deadline for the submission of online bid (technical + e-price bid) is January 5, 2022, at 5 PM. Submissions are to be made at www.eproc.cgstate.gov.in. The date of the opening of technical bid is December 6, at 12 PM at CREDA, Conference Hall, HO (RE-ll), Raipur.

Additionally, a virtual pre-bid meeting will take place on December 17 from 11:30 AM to 1 PM. The venue (i.e. link) will be notified later.

CREDA defines the full scope of the project thus: “The design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning, including obligated warranty and comprehensive maintenance of l kWp to 500kWp solar projects under the Grid-connected Rooftop Photovoltaic Solar Power Plant Programme of MNRE Phase-ll for all the willing consumers, excluding government connections in Chhattisgarh through rate contract programme under CAPEX Mode.”

The technical bid and price bid is to be submitted online only at https://rnnruw.eproc.cgstate.gov.in. CREDA has advised bidders to follow the instructions provided for registration and e-submission process accordingly. For any query about e-bidding, candidates are requested to visit the user manual that is available at https://www.eproc.cqstate.gov.in.

Bidders are requested to submit pre-bid queries with their suggestions/objections/reservations if any with details to avoid any confusion and to ensure clarity and transparency regarding the bid, said CREDA. Submissions of queries in writing will be accepted from December 14, 11 AM onwards, to December 15, till 5 PM, at CREDA, HO, Raipur.
