The Administration of Union Territory of Ladakh (AUTL) has invited bids for the supply of a 15 MW solar power project at Phey.  

The last date to submit the bid is October 01, 2022, till 04:00 pm and the bids will be opened on October 03, 2022, at 12:05 pm.

This AUTL 15MW solar tender includes the scope of work in complete design, shadow analysis of rooftop, engineering, manufacture, supply, storage, civil work, erection, testing & commissioning of 15MW solar PV projects including operation and maintenance (O&M) of the project and cleaning of modules at regular intervals. The completion time for this 15 MW solar project is three months from the date of receiving the letter of acceptance (LoA).

The estimated cost of the tender is 1.89 crores. Each interested bidder will have to pay Rs. 2,000/- (including 18% GST) as a tender document cost, which is non-refundable & non-adjustable. Each interested bidder will have to submit Rs. 3.78 lakh as an earnest money deposit (EMD)/bid security amount.

The bidders must have experience in the same kind of work with ground-mounted solar power projects connected to the grid within the previous five years. The projects must comprise transmission line construction, switchyard/substation bay, design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning, operation, and maintenance of solar power plants. 

To procure this ATUL 15MW solar project tender, the minimum annual turnover for the last three financial years, the requirement for prospective bidders to participate in the bidding process is at least shall be calculated as follows:

4.0 Cr. X (Capacity in MW bidder is bidding) X 0.7 =… Cr. 

The net worth of the bidder should also be positive for the last Financial Year. Net Worth of the bidder shall be calculated as follows: 

Net Worth = (Equity + Reserves) – (Revaluation reserves+ intangible assets + miscellaneous expenses to the extent not written off + carried forward losses).
