The project types may vary but will largely focus on setting strategies for improving the sustainability of our client’s business operations and assets (existing building portfolios, fleets, etc) of private-sector corporate, real estate and investor clients. Engagements are anticipated to be a mix of technical guidance (scope I-III carbon, energy, waste, health, etc.) and change management (aligning client internal culture and external groups with sustainability mission and best practices).

Whilst you’ll take advantage of deep and extensive expertise in the global practice (e.g. wellbeing, sustainable master planning, circular economy, building and energy performance, decarbonisation, climate change mitigation, climate resilience etc.), you will also have a mandate to recruit and grow expertise within India.

Your key focus areas will comprise the following;-

  • Building on the success of our India business to date by introducing a complementary sustainability consultancy & advisory service to the region, with a focus on corporate and institutional clients – working with our market owners based in India

  • Leadership of a team, individuals, and input to the overall Global and India regional strategy for Sustainability
