Sr Manager/DGM

• Lead the strategic planning and development of wind energy projects, considering technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder interests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess project viability, resource requirements, and potential risks.
• Ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial parameters.
• Monitor financial performance throughout the project lifecycle, identifying and addressing budgetary issues promptly.
• Stay abreast of local, state, and federal regulations related to wind energy projects.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant permits, licenses, and environmental regulations.
• Ensure that all parties involved in the project adhere to contractual obligations and timelines.
• Coordinate and allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to optimize resource utilization.
• Identify potential risks associated with the project and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Implement risk management plans to safeguard the project’s successful completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
• Proactively address any delays or obstacles to keep the project on track.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, and project investors.
• Communicate project progress, milestones, and potential issues to stakeholders in a transparent manner.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards in all project activities.
• Work closely with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality wind energy projects.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance against established quality benchmarks.
• Extensive experience in installation, erection & commissioning of WTGs (including >3 MW platform WTGs)
• Fully aware of EHS guidelines.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

• B. Tech/ M. Tech
• Experience in Wind industry.
