Job Description

Responsible for developing pipeline and closing projects selling power contracts to Commercial & Industrial customers in India.

Activities:-

  • Develop accurate segmentation and targeting of the market, including identifying customers and market opportunities, establishing a balance of long-term pipeline and short-term revenue.
  • Develop and implement an effective channel management plan to ensure Total Solar is recommended and introduced to strategic opportunities.
    Identify and target strategic clients and projects; establish long-term and trustful relationships with customers.
  • Develop marketing plans to grow TotalEnergies brand influence. Represent Total Solar in public relations communications, including seminars, conferences and interviews.
  • Guide and participate with the country and regional management team to effectively implement the customer and project plans. Be flexible and proactive to deal with complex situations and achieve sales targets.
  • Setting the business negotiation strategy to ensure the Business’s financial health (the right balance of sales, operating expenses, and profits).

Context and Environment:-

This position focuses on the lead generation of commercial & Industrial businesses in Western India for Solar DG.
The role manages and involves developing, constructing, financing, and operating solar systems on the roofs of multi-national corporations and national leaders.

Candidate profile:-

  • You have proven work experience as a national or regional sales manager and knowledge and involvement within the sector and your region.
  • 10 years of sales experience providing sophisticated solutions and cost-benefit analyses.
  • The ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators and other tools to constantly improve the company’s performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and sound technical solar knowledge.
  • Success and sales-oriented approach to Business.
  • English is the working language, but knowledge of other languages could help,
  • Broad network across India but specifically within your region
  • Knowledge of the industry and both the business and government sectors
  • Ability to be self-motivated and lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
