Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:-


  • Generate corporate/events/mall leads to acquire space for permissions for field fundraising team.
  • Ensure 15-20 days of permission.
  • Coordinate with marketing communication team for permission collateral requirements.
  • Maintain collateral count and quality.
  • Record and report permission outcome.

Donor Acquisition And Retention:-

  • Work on retention and acquisition of new donors
  • Contact potential prospects to inform them about a program using script
  • Ask questions to understand prospect requirements and close sales
  • Enter and update prospect information in Donor management software
  • Retain existing donors by enhancing second gift
  • Manage, maintain and build relationships with supporters to achieve best results for retention
  • Keep records of calls, support or any other information as required

Backend support:-

  • Maintain and report donation records
  • Manage collateral inventory
  • Manage vendor payments
  • Coordinate with RFR ops teams for donation reconciliation

Desired Candidate Profile:-

  • Demonstrated track record in sales or non-profit fundraising,
  • Must have excellent verbal communication, written communication, and sales ability, preferably a professional speaking voice with strong phone etiquette skills, positive and energetic attitude, and strong desire to meet goals and commitments
  • Good report writing skills including the ability to deliver clear and concise written communications for a range of audiences.
  • Excellent standard of computer literacy such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to relate effectively with diverse audiences,
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and work as part of a cohesive and collaborative team.

Qualifications And Experience:-

  • Any Graduate, Any Postgraduate, Doctorate Not Required.
