WBSEDCL Invites Bids for Supply of Spare Parts for 225 MW Pumped Storage Project
West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL) intends to develop two grid-connected & ground mounted solar PV power plant of 10 MW solar project (each) at Gangapur-I and Gangapur-II respectively under Rajnagar Block in Birbhum District of West Bengal.
The last date for submitting the online bid is September 26, 2022, till 04:00 pm. Bids will be opened on September 28, 2022, at noon.
This WBSEDCL 10 MW solar tender includes the scope of work in design & engineering, manufacture / procurement, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning including warrantee obligation with 05 (Five) years of comprehensive operation and maintenance.
The estimated total cost of Gangapur-I is Rs. 62,29,17,032/- & for Gangapur-II is 62,29,17,032/-. There are zero tender fees for each interested bidder.
Each interested bidder will have to be submitted the amount as an Earnest Money Deposit as per the following:
For Gangapur-I, the Earnest Money Deposit is Rs. 1,25,00,000/-
For Gangapur-II, the Earnest Money Deposit is Rs. 1,25,00,000/-
Within 30 days of receiving the acceptance letter, the successful bidder must provide an amount equal to or more to 3% of the contract’s total value as a performance guarantee.
To procure this tender, bidders must have completed contracts for at least one comparable project that cost not less than 50% of the requested capacity in planning, design and engineering, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning with comprehensive O&M. Alternately, they must have completed three comparable projects, each costing at least 30% of the requested project capacity, or two comparable projects that each cost no less than 40% of the proposed capacity within the five years preceding the bid submission date.
During the previous three financial years, bidders should have generated an average yearly turnover of at least 30% of the projected cost of packages. They should be able to access fund-based credit facilities totaling at least 10% of the project's expected cost, or they should have liquid assets. Their net worth should have increased over the previous three fiscal years.
