With more product diversification plans and expansion in hand, the firm is now looking to create its own niche. The firm, currently having a strong hold in the Commercial and Industrial (C&I) segment, now plans to add new products to its portfolio to diversify its offerings. With its planned production of new advanced technologies—hybrid inverters and micro-inverters—the firm aims to cater to a new set of consumers, mostly in the rooftop solar segment. Tailor-made energy solutions Wave Solar’s portfolio currently includes capacities ranging from 1.5kW to 25kW, with models available in both single-phase (1.5kW to 6kW) and three-phase (5kW to 25kW) variants. The inverters are designed to cater to homes, villas, apartments, and small businesses aiming to adopt solar energy solutions. “We are planning numerous new technologies to cater to the rising number of solar consumers who want to opt for solar power for their energy needs. These include our planned production of high-power solar inverters in the range of 30kW to 100kW. These are specifically crafted for industrial-grade MSME and commercial sectors,” a spokesperson from the firm said. Hybrid & Micro-inverters He also added, “We have also decided to launch hybrid inverters with battery integration for rooftop solar consumers. We are also developing micro-inverters for panel-level optimization and modular installations. We are working to expand pan-India with a service network and technical support centers. We are also undertaking research and development in Artificial Intelligence-based monitoring and smart grid compatibility.” The company is optimistic about the demand for hybrid inverters and micro-inverters with the popularity of PM Surya Ghar and the expected rise in the number of residential rooftop solar installations, along with increased solar adoption among C&I consumers across the country. “Wave Solar Inverters are making a significant impact across India’s residential energy landscape, earning widespread acclaim from homeowners in states such as Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Kerala, and Telangana.
