The modules will be manufactured at Waaree’s Brookshire facility in Texas and delivered in 2026. With this latest deal, Waaree said it has secured over 1.2 gigawatts (GW) in new orders in the first quarter of fiscal year 2025–26.

The company said the demand is driven by expansion in AI data centers, infrastructure upgrades, and growing industrial electrification across the United States.

To meet rising demand, Waaree is expanding its Brookshire plant by adding a 1.6 GW manufacturing line, expected to take its total U.S. capacity to 3.2 GW by the end of 2025.
