Waaree Energies Ltd has secured a 350 MW solar module supply order from AMPIN Energy Transition. Under the agreement, Waaree will deliver G12R TOPCon modules for AMPIN’s upcoming solar projects planned across multiple locations in India.

Deliveries are expected to be completed by March 2026, supporting AMPIN’s growing project pipeline and its focus on expanding renewable energy capacity.

Pinaki Bhattacharyya, Founder, MD & CEO of AMPIN Energy Transition, said the partnership supports the company’s plan to use high-performance solar technologies as it scales its portfolio nationwide. He added that Waaree’s G12R modules match AMPIN’s quality and sustainability expectations. This is a repeat order and includes the 210MW order received from AMPIN Energy in October 2025. Waaree’s G12R TOPCon modules offer features such as higher energy density, improved bifacial performance, better output in varied climatic conditions, optimized LCOE for large-scale projects, and quality backed by the company’s global testing standards.

The collaboration highlights the growing shift among leading developers towards domestic, advanced solar manufacturing. The companies said the 350 MWp capacity, once operational, is expected to offset around 407,000 tonnes of CO₂ annually, based on Central Electricity Authority baseline data.
