Vibrant Energy Signs PPA with UltraTech Cement for 21.60 MW Wind Energy

Vibrant Energy (Vibrant), a corporate renewable energy solutions provider, has concluded agreements for providing 21.60 MW of wind project in Maharashtra. The project will deliver green power to Ultratech Cement’s multiple facilities in Maharashtra.

Vibrant is currently operating and delivering  2 GW of renewable energy solutions for corporates.

Earlier, Vibrant Energy and Saint-Gobain India entered into a long-term PPA for the delivery of round-the-clock wind-solar hybrid energy to Saint-Gobain facilities in India. Vibrant Energy is a portfolio company of Macquarie Asset Management’s Green Investment Group (MAM-GIG). It also placed an order with Suzlon for 33 wind turbine generators (WTGs). This was preceded by Vibrant Energy placing an order totalling c.149 MW with Envision Energy (Envision). The order consists of 45 wind turbines with a capacity of 3.3 MW each, with delivery expected to commence from Q3FY24 onwards.
