THDC Issues EoI for Empanelment of Consultants for Land Acquisition for 2 GW RE Parks

THDC INDIA Limited has invited Expression of Interest (EOI) for empanelment of consultants for its subsidiary ‘TREDCO Rajasthan Limited’ for acquisition of land for the development of 2000 MW Ultra Mega Renewable Energy Power Parks (UMREPPs). These will be established in Rajasthan under MNRE’s Solar Park Scheme.

The EOI opens on August 11, 2023. The document download date is upto August 10, 2023. The last date of receipt of queries on EOI document from prospective parties is July 24, 2023. The last date for EOI receipt is August 10, 2023.

Consultants will be empanelled for a period of two years under Class A (land acquisition consultancy for projects over 500 acres of land), Class B (land acquisition consultancy for projects requiring 250 to 500 acres of land).

In 2022, THDC signed an agreement with Renewable Energy Corporation Limited for the development of large solar power projects with combined capacity of 10,000 MW in Rajasthan. Under the agreement, five solar parks of 2000 MW each in five different cities of Rajasthan are to be built.
