Tender For O&M of 4 MW Solar System at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad

Operation and Maintenance Solar System

The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) has issued a tender for securing operation and maintenance (O&M) services for its 4 MW solar power system in the College of Engineering, Sangareddy.

The scope of the contract will include the comprehensive operation and maintenance of a 4 MW solar system at JNTUH College of Engineering for a period of 3 years extendable up to 5 years.

The last date of bid submission is April 10, 2019, and the bids will be opened on the same date. The financial bid stage has been scheduled for April 12, 2019. All bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit of Rs 50 thousand along with their bids.

To be eligible, all bidders should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs 50 lakhs per year during the last three financial years i.e., 2015-16, 2016-17 & 2017-18, and, should have relevant experience in comprehensive O&M of a solar power plant. Additionally, the firms’ liquid assets and/or credit facilities should not be less than Rs 8 lakhs.

As per the provisions of the tender, each bidder will be permitted to submit only one bid for the project. And the tenders shall remain valid for a period of not less than 3 months from the last date for receipt of bids.
