Suzlon Gets 170.1 MW Repeat Order From AMPIN, Total Order Hits 303 MW By Saur News Bureau/ Updated On Fri, Jun 20th, 2025 AP: Suzlon Gets 170.1 MW Successive Order From AMPIN, Total Order Hits 303 MW Suzlon Group and AMPIN Energy Transition have come together once again for their third successive order from AMPIN for a 170.1 MW project to be developed in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. The latest order brought the total orders from AMPIN Energy to 303 MW. As per the order, Suzlon will supply 54 of its advanced S144 wind turbine generators (WTGs) with Hybrid Lattice Towers (HLT), each with a rated capacity of 3.15 MW. The scope encompasses full project execution — from equipment supply and installation to commissioning and long-term operations and maintenance services. Suzlon & Ampin Previous Order Suzlon Group, last year in 2024, won an order to develop a 103.95 MW wind power project for AMPIN Energy Transition. Suzlon secured an order to install 33 wind turbine generators (WTGs) with a Hybrid Lattice Tubular (HLT) tower and a rated capacity of 3.15 MW each at the client’s site in the Fatehgarh district in Rajasthan. This order was for the company’s 3.15 MW, S144‐140m turbines from the 3 MW product series. As part of the agreement, Suzlon was also expected to supply the wind turbines (equipment supply) and execute the project, including erection and commissioning.
