Solis marked its 20th anniversary at the SNEC International Solar & Smart Energy Exhibition with a focus on smart energy solutions. The global inverter manufacturer showcased key innovations while underlining its commitment to responsible manufacturing practices and intelligent energy solutions.

Hybrid Inverter Launches

Taking centre stage was the debut of Solis’ 4-in-1 hybrid inverter, the S6-EH3P(75–125)K10-NV-YD-H series, tailored for commercial and industrial applications. The inverter integrates PV, battery, grid, and generator management into one device.

Features highlighted at the event included 200% PV overloading, 200A rapid battery charging, 160% overload capacity, and sub-10ms off-grid transition times. The system also supports parallel operation of up to 10 units with the Solis Power Distribution Cabinet.

Sustainability in the Spotlight

A key moment at the exhibition was the formal handover of Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) by TÜV SÜD, certifying Solis’ 80–125kW commercial inverter range. EPDs provide a transparent account of a product’s environmental impact across its lifecycle—from raw material sourcing to end-of-life disposal.

“Across Europe, our partners are increasingly looking for products that don’t just perform—but are produced responsibly,” said Sandy Woodward, General Manager of Solis Europe, at the handover. “EPDs are more than just a checkbox—they’re about building long-term trust.”

The company’s latest ESG Report and a ‘Committed’ rating from EcoVadis further underscore its progress in ethics, labour rights, and sustainable procurement.

Launch of SolisCloud AI

Also introduced was SolisCloud AI, the upgraded version of the company’s monitoring platform. Designed to increase energy efficiency, it features intelligent functions such as dynamic pricing response, time-of-use scheduling, and automated controls.

The update supports Solis’ wider strategy to simplify and optimise solar operations across both residential and large-scale commercial systems.

As SNEC 2025 concluded, Solis signalled it is not only adapting to the evolving global energy landscape—it aims to define it.

Founded in 2005, Ginlong Technologies (Solis) is among the world’s largest and most experienced manufacturers of PV string inverters. Its Solis-branded portfolio is designed for regional performance, supported by a global supply chain, dedicated R&D, and local expertise.
