The EPDs, which provide detailed assessments of a product’s environmental impact over its entire life cycle, were handed over by TÜV SÜD, a global certification body. Xu Hailiang, Vice President of TÜV SÜD Smart Energy, presented the certificates to Sandy Woodward, Solis’ General Manager for Europe, during the handover ceremony.

Ethical Sourcing Commitment

“Sustainability and transparency are at the core of what we do,” Woodward said. “These EPDs are part of our promise to customers to ensure ethical sourcing and responsible manufacturing.”

The declarations, prepared according to ISO 14025 and EN 15804 standards, evaluate the environmental footprint of Solis’ S6-GC(80–125)K inverters from raw material extraction to end-of-life disposal. They are designed to help customers make informed and sustainable purchasing decisions.
