This latest order is set to bolster the company’s order book, pushing it towards the ₹200 crore mark for Q1 of FY 2025–26. Securing a ₹200 crore order book in Q1 is expected to set a new benchmark for the firm and position it among the fastest-growing companies in India’s solar pump sector. Junna Solar Systems Limited has secured this major order for the supply and installation of 4,500 off-grid solar photovoltaic water pumping systems under the PM-KUSUM scheme. With this win, Junna Solar’s total order book now stands at ₹900 crore for FY 2025–26, reinforcing its leadership in the renewable energy sector. The comprehensive project includes the design, manufacturing, supply, transportation, installation, and commissioning of solar-powered water pumps across various locations in Maharashtra. The company stated that its aim is to enhance farmer livelihoods by providing clean and reliable energy for the agriculture sector, backed by a strong service mechanism. Junna Solar, a prominent player in the renewable energy industry and a pioneer in solar-powered water pump systems, has similarly secured substantial orders from multiple government agencies across India. These include TSREDCO (Telangana), AEDA (Assam), SCCL (Singareni Collieries Company Limited), TNAED (Tamil Nadu), and MPUVNL (Madhya Pradesh), in addition to MEDA. The project is expected to benefit over 4,500 farmers by enabling reliable irrigation, reducing diesel consumption, lowering operational costs, and conserving groundwater. In FY 2024–25, Junna Solar achieved a 154% increase in revenue, reaching ₹220.05 crore, along with a 249% rise in profit after tax to ₹20.52 crore.
