Servotech Awarded Off-Grid Solar Project by UPNEDA

Servotech Power Systems Ltd., a New Delhi-based manufacturer of LED lights and solar products, has bagged an off-grid solar PV plant order from Uttar Pradesh New & Renewable Energy Development Agency (UPNEDA).

In this project, Servotech will be responsible for the supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of the off-grid solar PV power plant in different government office buildings in Uttar Pradesh. Though the total cost of the project is Rs. 37.20 crores, which will be valid for a period of one year, initially, Servotech has been issued a Letter of Intent (LOI) worth Rs 11.16 crores that needs to be executed within a short span of time.

The project’s execution is scheduled to begin in the first week of December 2021, and the project’s completion is anticipated by March 2022. “The company recently reported financial statistics that indicate a huge growth in their profits and has proceeded to take on new initiatives and projects in order to achieve new commercial horizons,” said Servotech.

Servotech Power Systems is engaged in renewable energy and has been manufacturering inverters, batteries, LED lights, solar products, oxygen concentrator, and UVC germicidal products for the past 17 years. Earlier this month, Servotech launched its new range of solar street lights to deliver high-quality illumination for outdoor spaces. The integrated and two-in-one solar street light is said to offer a luminous efficacy of over 105lm/W, a life expectancy of over 50000 hours, and an IP 66 rating.
