Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd Issues RFS for Wind Power Developers for 100 MW Wind Power Projects

REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of REC Limited, a Maharatna company under the Ministry of Power, invites bids for the selection of wind power developer(s) for setting up of  100 MW ISTS-connected wind power project(s) in India via tariff-based competitive bidding (TBCB) process on Build Own Operate  (B-O-O) basis unedr scheme for flexibility in generation scheduling of thermal/hydro power stations through bundling with renewable energy and storage power proposal for the said wind power project.

The online bid submission end date and time is August 22, 2023 up to 18:00 Hrs (IST). The bid submission end date and time (Hard Copy) is August 24, 2023 up to 18:00Hrs (IST). The bid opening date and time is August 25, 2023 at 12:00 Hrs (IST) .

The bidders may obtain the RfS documents on all working days between 1030 hours (IST) to 1600 hours (IST) from July 31, 2023 up to bid submission due date on payment of non-refundable document fee of INR 29,500/-or equivalent US$ prevailing on date of purchase of documents ( including GST).

Earlier, REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited invited bids from eligible bidders for consultancy service for “empanelment of technical consultants for undertaking project management consultancy services for setting up solar PV plants including floating solar, ground-mounted solar, rooftop solar, etc. at various locations across India for two years.
