REIL Issues NIT for Supply of DC Solar Submersible Pump 10 Hp in Jaipur

Central CPSU Rajasthan Electronics & Instruments Limited (REIL) has issued a notice inviting tender (NIT) from interested bidders for rate contract for the supply of DC solar submersible pump 10 Hp in Jaipur.

The scope of work for the selected bidders will include the supply of DC solar submersible pump 10 Hp with their controller including RMU facility from an approved vendor.

Interested bidders can start submitting their bids from today itself i.e. June 12, 2020, from 5:40 p.m. onwards. However, the last date and time for bid submission is July 02, 2020, up to 5:00 p.m. and the bids will be opened on July 03, 2020, at 5:00 p.m at REIL Jaipur.

The bidders can only submit bids online and physical forms will not be accepted. Also, the period of completion of work is 21 days.

As per the tender details, the solar submersible pump sets will be either from Rotomag, Shakti, Duke, Lubi or any other reputed manufacturing brand, subject to REIL approval.

REIL has a different number of pump sets requirement as per their classification, which has been discussed below:

• A total of 10 DC solar submersible pump sets (water filled) 10 HP with their controller including RMU facility (including SIM and SIM charges for 5 years), head 20 Mtr.
• An aggregate of 200 DC solar submersible pump sets (water filled) 10 HP with their controller including RMU facility (including SIM and SIM charges for 5 years), head 50 Mtr.
• A total of 10 DC solar submersible pump sets (water filled) 10 HP with their controller including RMU facility (including SIM and SIM charges for 5 years), head 75 Mtr.
• An aggregate of 200 DC solar submersible pump sets (water filled) 10 HP with their controller including RMU facility (including SIM and SIM charges for 5 years), head 100 Mtr.

Below are the technical specifications for the submersible motor-pump set (DC):

1). The “Motor-Pump Set” should have a capacity of 10 HP and should have the following features:

1. a) The monoblock DC centrifugal motor pump set with the impeller mounted directly on the motor shaft and with appropriate mechanical seals which ensure zero leakage.
2. b) The motor of the capacity 10 HP should be DC.
3. c) Submersible pumps could also be used according to the dynamic head of the site at which the pump is to be used.

2). The pump and all external parts of the motor used in the submersible pump which is in contact with water should be of stainless steel of grade 304 or higher as required. The motor- pump set should have a 5 years warranty from date of installation.

3). It will be mandatory to use indigenously manufactured motor-pump-set.

Last month, REIL had issued an NIT for rate contract for the supply of multi-crystalline solar cells in Jaipur. The scope of work for the selected bidders will include the supply of multi-crystalline solar cells of 4.50 Watt, 4.60 Watt and 4.67 Watt at REIL Jaipur in quantity (in numbers) of 3 lakh, 4 lakh and 4 lakh respectively.
