REIL Issue Tender for 50MWp for Solar Power Plants
Rajasthan Electronics & Instruments Ltd (REIL) has invited bids for a tender for the supply of grid-connected SPV plant for the residential sector under MNRE Rooftop Scheme & Government departments in Rajasthan.
The last date for submitting the online bid is October 13, 2022, till 4:00 pm. Bids will be opened on October 14, 2022, at 4:00 pm.
This REIL grid-connected SPV plant tender includes the scope of work in the survey, identification of beneficiary, supply (except SPV Modules & inverters), installation-commissioning, and five-year CMC of the solar plant.
The estimated total cost of the tender is 2.39 crores. The successful bidder shall bear the entire cost of the metering arrangement provided including its accessories. The fee and other charges such as security deposit payable to the office of DISCOM & Electrical inspector will be payable by the beneficiary separately. The installation of meters including CTs & PTs, wherever applicable, shall be carried out by the Successful bidder as per the procedures in vogue of the Discom (s) with their permission.
The successful bidders shall be required to meet minimum guaranteed generation with performance ratio (PR) at the time of commissioning and related capacity utilization factor (CUF) as per the DNI level for the location during the O&M period. PR should be shown a minimum of 75% at the time of inspection for initial commissioning acceptance to qualify for the release of subsidy. A minimum CUF of 15% should be maintained for 5 years for the release of performance-related security deposits. For CUF less than 15%, the penalty can be imposed for the loss of energy generation @ APP of DISCOM for that year subject to force majeure conditions.
The minimum average annual turnover of the bidder is 10 lakhs in the preceding three financial years. It is further clarified that the total turnover of any three years { 2019-20, 2020-21 & 2021-22} should be Rs. 20 Lakh or more. The net worth of the bidder during the last Financial Year shall be positive.
