On Friday, the REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL) announced granting the project-specific Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV)—KPS1 Transmission Limited to Megha Engineering and Infrastructure Limited. The SPV was handed over by Rahul Dwivedi, CEO, RECPDCL, to Shri Pravin Sharad Dixit, Vice President, Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd. at a function in Gurugram last evening in the presence of Shri P.S.
