NTPC REL Invites Bids for Land & EHV Transmission System Pkg For Upto 2 GW PV Projects

NTPC Renewable Energy has issued a tender for land and EHV transmission system package for development of upto 2 GW ISTS connected solar PV projects in Rajasthan (tranche-III)  (Domestic Competitive Bidding).

The last date for receipt of bids comprising both techno-commercial bid and price bid is November 14, 2023. Techno-commercial bid opens on November 14, 2023.

Scope of Work 

Arrangement of private Land (5 Acres/MW) on freehold/leasehold basis in non-GIB zones of Bikaner/nearby areas in Rajasthan. Lease period shall be minimum 30 years. Maximum 10% of total land can be Govt land if required, to provide contiguous land parcel for the project.

Minimum capacity to be quoted by an individual bidder shall be 300 MW and thereafter higher in
multiples of 100 MW.

The cost of bidding documents is INR 22,500.

Eligibility 

a) The bidder should have executed at least the following works for grid connected Solar PV projects/solar parks or wind projects/wind parks or combination thereof, of cumulative capacity of 100 MW or higher, out of which at least one project/ park should be of 50 MW or higher capacity.
b) Arrangement of land for the project/park.

c) Obtain technical feasibility approval for power evacuation through STU/ISTS substation.
