NTPC issues tender for 3.5MW wind and solar hybrid project

NTPC is floating tender for a 3.5MW wind and solar hybrid project at its Kudgi Super Thermal Power Project in Karnataka.

The Scope of Supply & Work includes all design & engineering, procurement & supply of equipment and materials, testing at manufacturers works, inspection, packing and forwarding, supply, receipt, unloading and storage at site, preparation of site, associated civil works, installation and incidentals, insurance at all stages, erection, testing and commissioning of 3.5(+/- 1000 kW) MWp Solar Wind Hybrid Grid Interactive Power Plant with associated equipment and materials on turnkey basis at NTPC Kudgi STPP, Bijapur, Karnataka and 10 years comprehensive operation and maintenance.

NTPC’s coal-based plant at Kudgi village in Bijapur District is under commissioning at various stages and is expected to have a 4GW capacity once complete. Last date for submission of bid is 28^th October 2016.
