NTPC Invites Bid for 325 MW Solar Modules Supply in Shajapur Solar Park, MP

NTPC Renewable Energy Ltd has invited online bids for the supply 325 MW solar modules for solar projects situated in the Shajapur district, Madhya Pradesh.  Late last year, NTPC had also tendered for consultants to help it with the 325 MW projects in the district.

The last date for submitting the bid for this NTPC 325 MW solar module tender is December 19, 2022, till 03:00 pm & bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 pm.

The scope of work of this NTPC 325 MW solar module tender includes manufacturing, supply, packing and forwarding, and transportation of open category ALMM listed crystalline solar PV Modules (Minimum 530 Wp Nominal rating) of cumulative DC capacity of 460.55 MWp.

Each interested bidder will have to pay Rs. 22,500 as a cost of the tender document, which is non-refundable. Each awarded bidder will have to pay Rs .5,00,00,000 (Under Unit 1), 10,00,00,000 (Under Unit 2), & 10,00,00,000 (for total capecity) as a bid security amount.

The Bidder or its group company should be a PV module manufacturer with 530Wp or above-rated PV module listed in the “ALMM” issued by MNRE before the date of the techno-commercial bid opening. 

The average annual turnover of the bidder should not be less than Rs 115 Crores (For any one unit i.e 148.8 MWp for Unit-1 or 311.75 MWp for Unit-2) or Rs 230 Crores (For both units) for any three (03) financial years out of the preceding five (05) financial years as on date of techno-commercial bid opening. 

The net worth of the bidder as of the last day of the preceding financial year should not be less than 100% of the bidder’s paid-up share capital. In case the bidder does not satisfy the net worth criteria on its own, it can meet the requirement of net worth based on the strength of its subsidiary (ies) and/or holding company.

Net worth in a combined manner shall be calculated as follows: 

Net worth (combined) = (X1+ X2+X3) / (Y1+Y2+Y3) X 100 where X1, X2, X3

are individual Net worth which should not be less than 75% of the respective paid-up share capitals and Y1, Y2, Y3 are individual paid up share capitals.
