Two next-gen Norway and India renewable energy companies have join forces to leverage cutting-edge solar power solutions in India.

The agreement will be a 50-50 joint venture with Bharat Light and Power (BLP) - named as Statkraft BLP Solar Solutions Private Limited (“SBSS”).

The joint alliance will render rooftop and ground mounted solutions integrating fine technology and execution. Additionally, SBSS will provide a variety of financing structures.

The two companies intend to make the solutions cost-effective and more sustainable addressing the needs of industrial and commercial consumers.

By 2019, the Indian Government plans that every family will have power 24/7.
