NLCIL Floats Tender for Qualified Coordinating Agency for 1400 MW Solar & Wind Power Plant NLCIL Solicits Bids for 70.5 MW Solar Modules

NLC India Limited (NLCIL) has floated a tender for the engagement of a Qualified Coordinating Agency (QCA) for NLCIL 1400 MW solar and wind power plant at various places in Tamil Nadu in line with the Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission.

The last date and time for the submission of physical cover and the online bid is June 6, 2023, at 14.30 hrs. The date and time of opening of the physical cover and the online bid is June 6, 2023 at 15.00 hrs.

The period of contract is 24 months from the date of LOA (Letter of Award). The cost of the tender document is Rs 2000. The EMD is Rs 2,20,000.

Qualification Requirements

The tender is open to any single bidder who can be an individual or a firm or a company. The bidder should have completed forecasting and scheduling services for wind or solar generation in the respective SLDC portal across the nation as a co-ordinating agency for various generators during the last 7 (seven years) reckoned with the original scheduled date of tender opening within India in the name of bidder/ partner in case of partnership firm in any Government/ Quasi Government/ Public Sector/ Public limited/ Independent Power Producer (IPP).

The bidder shall have positive net worth as per their latest audited financial statement. The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three consecutive financial years as on the original scheduled date of tender opening shall not be less than Rs 26.31 lakhs.
