NISE organizing one day workshop on prospects for start –ups in Solar Energy Technologies

National Institute of Solar Energy (NISE) is organizing 5th one day workshop on prospects for start –ups in Solar Energy Technologies at its campus on 21st December 2016. NISE says the workshop is in line with the Startup India Initiative by the Govt of India.

Existing and prospective Solar Entrepreneurs, EPC contractors, Graduate Engineers, MNRE channel partners, Energy department officials of Govt of India, Officers from state nodal Agencies and individuals business men interested in solar field can participate in the program.

Objective of the workshop includes Scope and Business Opportunities in Solar Photovoltaic, Solar Thermal and Solar Water Pumping Technologies, Opportunities under Start up India / Stand Up India Policy of Govt of India, Visit to 500 kW Power Plant at NISE (100 kW x 5 different Solar PV Modules, Economics of Solar Technologies. Business Models for Funding, etc., How to start a Company, Different types of Companies and Compliance Mechanism with Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Service Tax rules, Tax payments, Tax Breaks, etc.

Training Fee per Participant is Rs 2,000 plus 15% Service Tax, there are total of 50 seats which will be offered on first come first serve basis.
