NIRL Seeks Suppliers for 579.74 MWp Solar Modules At 810 MW Pugal Solar Park
NLC India Limited (NLCIL), has issued a tender on behalf of its subsidiary, NLC India Renewable Limited (NIRL), to supply 579.74 MWp of solar PV modules. The tender is issued to supply modules at a 810 MW solar power project in the Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam (RVUN) solar park at Pugal, Bikaner, Rajasthan. It has sought bids for this project till 30th December, 2025.
Under the scope of work, the bidder would manufacture, supply, package and forward, and transport the modules up to Pugal, Bikaner, Rajasthan. This includes transit insurance for crystalline solar PV modules with the nominal wattage and dimensions mentioned in the scope of supply in the technical specifications.
The company is currently on its way to commissionin a 300 MW solar project in Rajasthan. It earlier this year annoucned the partial commissioning of the project with 158.8 MW solar project.
Scope of Work
The tender requires the bidder to be an ALMM-listed manufacturer and should have supplied solar photovoltaic (SPV) modules or SPV cells of 200 MWp or above, out of which at least one such order should be of 50 MWp or above capacity, prior to the date of techno-commercial bid opening.
The bidder should be a group company, holding company, or subsidiary company of a firm meeting the requirements. The Average Annual Turn Over of the Bidder (or) the Combined Average Annual Turn Over of Bidder (Holding Company/ Subsidiary Company/ Group Company/ Subsidiary of its Holding Company) as the case may be and the firm on whose strength the bidder is participating in the bid shall not be less than the Rs. 173 Crores, for the last three consecutive financial years as on the original scheduled date of tender opening
