MPUVNL Invites RFP to Select Bidder to Develop, Maintain Solar Systems

Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (MPUVNL) has invited requests for proposals (RFP) for standardization of rates from eligible bidders to develop and maintain the solar thermal hybrid system for Existing Air Conditioners & new Installations.

The last date for submitting the bid for this RFP for solar thermal hybrid system project is November 17, 2022, till 05:00 pm & bids will be opened on November 21, 2022, at 03:00 pm.

The scope of work of this solar thermal hybrid system project includes design, supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance for 5 years of a solar thermal hybrid system for existing air conditioners & new Installations on a turnkey basis along with associated electrical & civil works at applicable buildings. 

Each interested bidder will have to pay Rs. 5,000 as a cost of the RfP document. Each interested bidder will also have to pay Rs. 20,000/- as a bid security amount. The Successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Bank Guarantee of 5% of the contract value in the name of the concerned employer and drawn on a scheduled commercial / nationalized bank with a branch office in the city of Employer. Required Bank Guarantee shall be submitted within seven working days of the concerned work order being placed. 

To procure this tender, the bidder should have the experience of having successful design, engineering, supply installation, testing, and commissioning including maintenance of at least two (2) similar nature of works in the past 5 years. The Bidder shall provide documentary evidence that it has successfully/ satisfactorily designed, procured, supplied, erected, and commissioned similar projects for private or government institutes/ organizations across India. 

The minimum average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three years should be not less than 50 lakh. The net worth of the bidder during the last Financial Year shall be positive, wherein the net worth shall be calculated as follows:

Net Worth = (Equity + Reserves) – (Revaluation reserves+ intangible assets + miscellaneous expenses to the extent not written off + carried forward losses)
