KPI Green Energy’s subsidiary KPIG Energia has secured a Letter of Award (LoA) from Aditya Birla Renewables (ABRL) for a 64 MWac / 96 MWp solar Balance of System (BoS) power project at Mahua in Gujarat, the company said in a stock exchange filing.

Previously, Aditya Birla Renewable and KPI Green have collaborated on s solar project last year. In 2024, KPI Green Energy secured a 305MWac order to provide Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) services.
Under this project, 175MWac was awarded by Aditya Birla Renewables Subsidiary, and 130MWac was awarded by ABREL (RJ) projects out of a total of 305 MWac. The project is composed of a Balance of System for 305MWac solar capacity forming part of the wind-solar hybrid power project in the state of Gujarat.
KPI Green Revenue Up 75% YoY To ₹614 Cr
KPI Green Energy recently commenced FY 2025–26 with another great quarter. Earlier this week, the company reportedly achieved one of the highest quarterly revenues for the fifth consecutive quarter. The company attributed this performance to its execution strength and increasing scale across both solar and hybrid project portfolios.
The Gujarat-based company's total revenue stood at ₹614.12 cr, up 75% from ₹349.85 cr, reflecting growth in project execution and continued momentum in solar and hybrid segment orders. Whereas, its EBITDA reportedly increased to ₹216.90 cr, up 64% from ₹132.45 cr, driven by operating leverage and improved cost control mechanisms. Perhaps the only crimp in its numbers was a narrowing of margins, going from 34% to 32%.
