KPI Green Q1 Revenue Up 75% YoY To ₹614 Cr On Solar, Hybrid Orders
Gujarat-based KPI Green Energy has commenced FY 2025–26 with another great quarter. The company reportedly achieved one of the highest quarterly revenues for the fifth consecutive quarter. The company attributed this performance to its execution strength and increasing scale across both solar and hybrid project portfolios.
KPI Green's total revenue stood at ₹614.12 cr, up 75% from ₹349.85 cr, reflecting growth in project execution and continued momentum in solar and hybrid segment orders. Whereas, its EBITDA reportedly increased to ₹216.90 cr, up 64% from ₹132.45 cr, driven by operating leverage and improved cost control mechanisms. Perhas the only crimp in its numbers was a narrowing of margins, going from 34% to 32%.
The company saw a surge in Profit Before Tax (PBT), which rose to ₹149.20 cr, up 64% from ₹90.70 cr, supported by volume-driven profitability. Its Profit After Tax (PAT) also saw an upward movement, reaching ₹111.32 cr, registering a 68% increase from ₹66.11 crore, backed by sustained margin expansion and disciplined financial practices.
Factors Contributing To Q1 FY 2025-26 Growth
In addition to achieving strong financial results, KPI Green Energy recorded several milestones during the quarter:
The company secured a Letter of Intent (LOI) from GUVNL during the quarter for the development of a 150 MW grid-connected Wind Power Project, expanding its projects in the hybrid and wind segment pipeline.
The KP Group, during the last quarter, signed three Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs) with Delta Electronics India. These MoUs were reportedly signed for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Green Hydrogen and Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Infrastructure, and Advanced Solar PV Inverters. Together, these three MoUs bring Delta’s technology with KPI’s execution capability to jointly develop clean energy solutions both in India and select international markets.
Key Developments:
KPI Green has a portfolio hybrid CUF of 56.7% (on AC basis) in Q1 FY26. It has reported a 6.9% unit generation growth in the IPP segment. The company also saw the installation of 503+ MW of IPP installed capacity.

With GUVNL, the KPI Green has completed a 240 MWp project and a 92 MWp project. Currently, it has a GUVNL 's 350 MWp project and a 679 MWp project in progress, and has received a 150 MW project LOA from GUVNL with PPA in progress
