KPI Green Gets Grid Access For 642.6 MW Gujarat Wind Plant By Chitrika Grover/ Updated On Wed, May 21st, 2025 KPI Green Terminates 66.20 MW Hybrid Energy Project Order Gujarat-based KPI Green Energy, through its wholly owned subsidiary Miyani Power Infra LLP, has received an in-principle grant of connectivity for its 642.6 MW wind power project. The company disclosed the development in a recent regulatory filing. The connectivity approval was granted by the Central Transmission Utility of India Ltd. (CTUIL) for the Gujarat-based wind project. As per the filing, Miyani Power Infra LLP will develop the project with direct connectivity to the Inter-State Transmission System (ISTS). KPI Green noted, “The implementation of a dedicated 400 kV transmission line from the generation site to the Jam Khambhaliya pooling station under ISTS marks a major step forward—not only in expanding our renewable generation portfolio but also in contributing to India’s national grid infrastructure.” The connectivity point has been designated at Jam Khambhaliya, Gujarat, at 400 kV. The dedicated transmission infrastructure will link to the KPEL–Jam Khambhaliya PS 400 kV single-circuit (S/C) line. “The grant of this connectivity marks a significant milestone in the implementation of our project and aligns with our long-term vision to contribute meaningfully to India’s renewable energy targets,” the company added. “This strategic backbone unlocks potential across not just Gujarat but India’s renewable corridor, accelerates market access via open access and power-exchange mechanisms, and positions KPI Green as a national-scale green energy enabler.” KPI Green Results- FY25 Revenue Up 70%, Profits Up 101% Also Read Robust Financial Performance in FY25 KPI Green Energy also announced its financial results for Q4 and the full fiscal year FY25, showcasing significant growth across key metrics.
